Conselho Curador do FGTS aprova melhorias para o mercado imobiliário

O Conselho Curador do FGTS ampliou o escopo para o financiamento de imóveis, agregando unidades que poderiam ser contempladas apenas no âmbito do SBPE.

Em reunião realizada em 26/05, o órgão aprovou medidas que favorecem o mercado imobiliário e a geração de empregos e passou a permitir o financiamento de imóveis de até R$ 300 mil para todos os trabalhadores e até R$ 400 mil para aqueles que tenham conta vinculada.

A decisão atende à estratégia definida pela CBIC, baseada em três vetores principais: usar recursos do FGTS, em apoio a poupança, para imóveis avaliados entre R$ 300 mil e R$ 400 mil; revisão dos critérios do cumprimento de exigibilidade para unidades na faixa intermediária, até R$ 500 mil; e uso da LCI em proporção maior para unidades na faixa acima de R$ 500 mil e até R$ 750 mil.

A deliberação do Conselho Curador torna efetiva a criação de um novo produto para o setor.
