Com perdas nos depósitos da poupança, valor destinado a financiar imóveis terá redução de R$ 25 bi neste ano.

Será o segundo ano seguido de recuo e o mais acentuado desde 2002, quando o crédito começou a se expandir.

Deve chegar a R$ 25 bilhões a redução neste ano no valor destinado a financiar casas próprias pela Caixa, maior financiadora habitacional do país. O corte representa 20% do que foi desembolsado em 2014. Será o segundo ano seguido de recuo e o mais acentuado desde o início do ciclo de expansão nos financiamentos imobiliários, em 2002.
